I hired Paul Anderson for a home inspection on a Victorian home circa 1893 and I could not have been happier.  I have purchased and sold several homes over the last 25 years and have never been involved in such a detailed and thorough inspection.  This was a large historic home and Mr. Anderson encouraged us to follow him through every nook and cranny of this property for nearly 6 hours.  His attention to detail and his comprehensive explanation for each finding was exemplary.  We asked questions and his responses left me feeling confident that there would be no surprises in months and years to come and in addition we could easily discern which “action items”  were minor and which would need to be addressed.  Immediately upon completion of the physical inspection, he reviewed his notes with us at length and allowed us time to ask questions and discuss options and expectations for repairs.  His report was delivered to us promptly and was thorough, easy to understand, and included pictures and diagrams leaving no question that we knew exactly what to expect upon closing.  I would recommend Mr. Anderson without hesitation.

Buying a foreclosed home could sometimes be a risky endeavor. Paul was very knowledgeable and helped educated us on the finer details of conducting a home inspection. Paul's thoroughness and professionalism were greatly appreciated by us.
